We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Dům kde se apartmán nachází je nejstarší v dané části Karlových Varů. Naproti na patře je 2. apartmán s názvem KON-TIKI (54m2 LOFT), který máme také v nabídce. Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|
