Holiday rentals with a patio in Jefferson

Comfortable and quiet with great restaurants within walking distance. I also needed to work for a few days from here and had no issues with the WiFi. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was such a hidden gem. A walkable distance from the action in the French quarter. It was a very peaceful stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to the French Quarter. The roof top was nice with a small pool and lounge area. we tried to reserve again for Mardi Gras, unfortunately it was already reserved. We had a great stay for our 7th trip to "The Big Easy". Mrs. Peggy from the barbershop downstairs, is an amazing lady very hospitable and is extremely knowledgeable about New Orleans, if you need ideas for things to do outside the Quarter, she will point you in the direction.

Fantastic place to stay in New Orleans. Near all the main areas but felt like a suburban escape with all of the green and the giant park which was great for dog walks

My stay with Preservation Green was awesome! Absolutely stellar location, 2 blocks from Magazine Street and less than a block from a phenomenal sandwich/cocktail joint. Kendra was AMAZING, so accommodating and welcoming. Super responsive. Overall, a great experience in the Garden District. Would definitely stay again.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

First I'd like to offer a special thanks to Brenna and Nick for accommodating our request to check-in early. They are very responsive and kind hosts. The home was just as described and as depicted in the photos. The location was excellent, in a very picturesque part of NOLA, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again during our next visit to NOLA.

Dannie's space is AMAZING! The home, the location, the decor and every extra and personal touch one could imagine made the stay perfect. It felt so much like our own home with the art, colors, fun and comfy furnishings and overall eclectic vibe! Our family is in New Orleans frequently as our "second home" city and we were delighted to find this gem. Dannie was so kind and lovely to chat with and really made sure we had all that we needed. We are already looking forward to our next stay in a few months!

This is an understated gem! I absolutely loved it here. It's comfortable, quiet and immaculate. Curtis is a very accommodating and pleasant host. I highly recommend it.

This was a great place to stay. A bit farther from the city, but close to other things. Uptown is a good place to stay if you want to venture out, but have a quieter place to go home to. The large windows and remote controlled window treatments were a nice touch. It rained a couple of times and it was beautiful to be there for it.

Stephen’s place was extremely nice and felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were super responsive and offered a wide range of amenities. They were super friendly and accommodating, they even helped provide suggestions for activities to do when we were running short of ideas.

Lady's place was amazing. Very clean and beautiful. We felt right at home. Had plenty of room for the 4 of us. You provide your own code to access the residence. She reached out to me, prior to getting to the house, so I even felt the "Southern Hospitality" prior to reaching the residence, even getting into Louisiana. The neighbors were so nice and friendly. We were here for a quick getaway to celebrate my sister's 50th birthday and surprised her with this weekend getaway and Lady's place was in a perfect location to everything. We went to the Jazz festival, took in all the sites, ate all that New Orleans had to offer, and even enjoyed a recommendation offered when I made the reservation (so again "Thank You"). I already know my older sister and none of us will never forget this trip, and have made memories that we'll forever and always cherish.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like snacks, toys and bowls for my pups and local recommendations. Everything was close by. 8-10 minutes in every uber. House was very clean.

A perfectly appointed, spotless, HUGE apartment located steps away from the French Quarter. Safe and secure. Street noise at night so if you need perfectly quiet to sleep, that could be an issue but with earplugs, it was okay for us! Would stay and reccomend to anyone.

I recently stayed at this great Airbnb, and I must say, it was a pleasure, just as it was during my previous visits. The property is clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while also providing a peaceful and quiet environment for unwinding after a day's activities. Beautiful home looks even better in person access of the condo was very easy..there is no parking but parking lots all around that's my only complaints but overall very lovely place and very safe. Walking distance to canal and bourbon street.

I attended an international meeting at the convention center. I had a great 1.1 mile walk which was interesting (and safe) no matter what route I took. Perfect 25 min exercise each way. The apartment was exactly what I hoped for.

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated—everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was definitely the balcony—it was the perfect spot to unwind in the evenings with a drink and enjoy the atmosphere. Another big plus was the secure parking, which gave us peace of mind and made coming and going super convenient. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. And when we wanted to explore further, a quick Uber ride got us to all the best spots downtown New Orleans has to offer. Highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a safe, stylish, and convenient place to stay in NOLA!
