The house was super charming and looked exactly as it did in the listing photos. Everything I needed from kitchen supplies to fresh linens were provided. The house was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe in the neighborhood, even when taking the dog out late at night. It was a convenient location, just a short drive to my office in downtown Beaumont. Would definitely stay here again!

This space was perfect for my needs of a quiet, completely furnished and equipped, efficiency apartment strategically located between Beaumont and Port Arthur. Ricky was a great host and I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a quiet, restful, clean place to stay for a short or long period of time.
