We had a wonderful stay at Miriam's Airbnb. Miriam was great to communicate with throughout my entire stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The home is spacious and clean, with all the amenities you could ask for to feel right at home. The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful touches really made my stay comfortable. Place was so nice for my Bachelorette party! Super spacious and beautiful and had a lot of fun rooms! The pool was also a great addition. Only complaint was that the main family room area was pretty warm, it seemed that the ac unit in there would not work. The host was extremely responsive and even checked in on us our second night! Billy Boy Retreat was perfect! Dave and Stacy made everything effortless—from the smooth check-in to thoughtful touches throughout the home. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided, and the space was both spotless and comfortably spacious. It felt just like staying at a beloved aunt and uncle’s home—warm, welcoming, and easy to settle into. The pool was pristine and perfectly heated for all-day enjoyment, and the rafts and pool toys kept the whole family entertained. In the evenings, the outdoor patio and hot tub were ideal for unwinding. We couldn’t have imagined a better place for our family vacation!

We have stayed at the Victorian several years in a row for our annual girl’s trip and it never disappoints! The place is gorgeous, clean, spacious and well stocked. Miriam has always been an amazing host! Looking forward to next year!

This is one of the coolest houses you'll ever stay in. we ended up spending most of our time at the house and it was super comfortable. Everybody had their own spaces and then some! We were a little worried about the weather because it was going to be in the '60s, but they crank the heat up to 82° on the pool for us and it was awesome! I had to work some Friday morning and the office was perfect for my needs. The kitchen stove was excellent to cook on and they had iron skillets as well which made the food perfect.

It was exactly what we were looking for and came at amazing value. We loved the fact that we could just do the one night too!

The Inn at Brandywine is so wonderful. Our family was able to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We had a large group and there was no lack of room we had 4 boys who were able to be boys. Our host were amazing and had information on the area ready if needed in the house manual. They were great with communication.

We had a great stay! The home was very clean and cozy. Dominic was very responsive and helpful. We had no issues at all and would absolutely stay again.

The home was our home while we stayed there. We loved seeing the deer walk in the evening. The little pond was an added nature benefit. The children loved looking for the bullfrogs. They always croaked when I wasn’t paying attention.

This place was great. A lot of work of the property including beautiful ceilings kitchen with open shelving nice living seating area with a large screen TV. Everything was so clean great towels and bedding. I would definitely stay there again. My only issue was the steps were steep and I have a bad knee. I did not look to see if there were stairs. We were in a bind and needed a place but even so I would be willing to push through to be able to stay there again. The host was great and checked up on me knowing that we were there for a funeral. Was there anything else we neededso appreciated

This is the second time I've stayed with these hosts (first time was a different unit), and both times were exactly what I look for in an AirBnB: simple, clean, accessible, and having the ameneties to allow my wife and I to buy groceries and cook for ourselves. We'd both be quite happy to book this location again.

Tony is an amazing host. Very informative and proactive on questions you might have about the place and if he doesn't know the he will find out for you. The place is beyond beautiful, very industrial age mixed with modern while staying functional. It's a very cool place, every room has something that just makes you go wow

Scott's place was the perfect choice for our long weekend stay. The location was great for the activities we were a part of. The house itself was clean, blending old interior architecture with modern appliances. Scott's instructions were easy to follow, and he was very responsive to any questions we had. All the necessary amenities are thought of. We felt very comfortable and secure during our stay. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Our family of 6 adults was in Steubenville for our daughter's graduation from Franciscan University, and this place worked very well. It was nice and close to campus, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The house is an old, historic home, featuring both the charms and the quirks of older homes (e.g. creaky floorboards), but we'd happily stay here again.
