Steps away from restaurants, shopping, and bars, as well as the walking bridge to Louisville. This home is closer to the fun in Louisville than most neighborhoods in Louisville itself. Go out or stay in, you're guaranteed to have a great time in this newly renovated gem. We have high quality mattresses, and smart TV's in both bedrooms and the living room.

This private detached in-law suite with driveway access will make you feel like your staying with family. An open plan living area let's you relax and feel at home while enjoying a modern kitchen, spacious shower, and cozy bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and exposed brick. We're located within walking distance of Charlie Vettiner Golf Course and Park so if you have an early tee time, a long game, or come into town for a Pickle Ball tournament, you're welcome to stay with family in our suite.

Stella Airstream at Progress Park in Derby City

This gorgeous silver bullet is our Stella Airstream, lovingly named after Wally Byam's wife Stella! She is a 1983 Airstream Classic. She's loaded with all the modern amenities! Stella can sleep 6 comfortably with 2 king beds and 2 bunk beds. There's a private toilet/shower with 2 add'l nearby. You'll have a kitchen & covered patio with grill & firepit. There are 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.

Near the famous bourbon trail, rental includes full cabin and large screen porch overlooking pond with fountain. First floor has living/dining/kitchen space with small sofa bed and stone fireplace (gas); queen bed and full bath on second floor. American and European antique furnishings and fine art welcome you to fully updated home with central HVAC.

Private EAST END gem, minutes to everything!

Cozy, East End cottage just minutes from Top Golf, shopping malls, restaurants, entertainment, and other amenities. Easy access to the expressway. Home is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, and more. A seasonal creek across from the house can be heard giving the impression of a cabin in the woods with privacy and seclusion, with the convenience of city living at your fingertips. There is also a beautiful park steps away from the house.

Delectable Delor

Private section of home. There are no shared spaces, so you have privacy, but I do live on the other side of the house which is divided by a locked door. You have your own entrance through the front door, and off street parking. My entrance is the back of the house through the gate, which is off limits. Please be aware that 2 cats live on my side of the house, for those of you with allergies, but they won't have access to your space when you’re there.

While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Enjoy the local Indiana scene in Downtown Jeffersonville or Downtown New Albany with food and fun!

Carriage home is located on beautiful Arnoldtown Rd. 15 min. from Churchill Downs and 20 min. from downtown Lou. We are 15 minutes from Freedom Hall or the Fairgrounds and 22 miles from Fort Knox. It sits in a natural setting on 5 beautifully landscaped acres. There is a large parking area for those who may need to bring a trailer. Bathroom and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Peaceful..in a rural setting but inside the city.

Also space equipped w/ Medify air purifier w/H13 true Hepa medical grade filter.

We decorated and dedicated this place in honor of my father who served in WW2 as a Marine. He passed March of 2020. We have all type of military things along with other unique pieces. We plan on always coming up with more things to change it around. This is a part of a duplex which sits on the property with our wedding venue.
