House holiday rentals in Jefferson County

Absolutely loved this house and the location. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the amount deers and rabbits around the area was beautiful! For this being our first time in Denver, we definitely recommend this place to stay and it feels like home away from home. Can’t wait to go back to Colorado and rebook this house again!

If you are going to be spending a number of days in Denver with a group of you, this place is perfect. It is in the area of Westminster, but you can get to downtown in 15-20 mins very easily. Close to freeway entrance, close to stores and restaurants too. This place was very clean, everything just as advertised. There was even plenty of kitchen supplies, including coffee as well detergent for laundry, plenty of pillows and blankets. Katelyn always responded super fast and polite and helpful with her responses. Katelyn's approach to making this place feel like home was spot on and the little extra's such as razors in the bathroom and plenty of bathroom supplies was awesome! We do hope we get to come back to Denver again and if so, we will definitely be reaching out to Katelyn for availability.

In a word, awesome! We took our annual family vacation this year in Denver to coincide with Christmas. With a group of 7 young adults (28-37) plus my wife and me, we wanted a place where we could all be together under one roof but with plenty of space for everyone. Jessica's place checked every box and then some. The house is perfect for a group of this size and the location makes it easy to get everywhere from downtown Denver to the mountains. And the responsiveness of Jessica is amazing. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting Denver. You will not be disappointed.

The home was very nice and comfortable like a home away from home on vacation. The host was very responsive, polite, and helpful! Everything was just as the pictures show and the hot tub was clean & working! My favorite thing was the guide book! Very helpful for a first time visitor! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it

Lovely accommodations for a bigger group with enough room to not be too close if you didn't want to be. The fireplace and windows everywhere were great additions. I wish it had been warm enough for us to enjoy the beautiful back deck. Young adults enjoyed the pool table and basement area and be spread out a bit from the older generation. Furniture was functional and comfortable. I wish the dining room table had been a bit larger for our group since we were there on a holiday, but there was plenty of room with the massive kitchen island/seating. Also plenty of pots/pans/dishes for those who are utilizing the kitchen.

The Luxe retreat came as advertised and Atomic was excellent in responding to us when we had requests or questions. Our entire group had a great time and the house met our needs perfectly. We would certainly stay again.

This place was incredible! Karen was always proactive with information and when we had questions she responded within minutes. The house was very clean and so spacious. Excellent value for the price. Could not recommend any higher! The next time we come to Denver, we will definitely stay here.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfy. Kitchen and bath had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Also nice not to have a long list of things to do when we checked out.

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

This home was a great fit for our needs. It was bright and spacious, easy to access, felt safe and comfortable and quiet. It was a home away from home.

This was our first time renting an Airbnb in Denver and it didn't disappoint. The location was perfect, and the guest house was very nice. Beautifully renovated, great kitchen and bathroom, plenty of amenities and off-street parking. We couldn't have been happier. We only bugged David a couple of times and he immediately got back to us each time. I would highly recommend!!

Kayah’s place was an absolutely beautiful property, my friends and I had a great time staying! Kayah was incredibly responsive and accommodating for last-minute guest count changes. We will definitely book here again when we are in the area!

Unit is as described but be aware this is no Four Seasons. Its selling points are its location to Red Rocks, the amazing water pressure, and easy check in. The place is clean and uncluttered. Our gripes include super squeaky floors, water heater ran out of hot water before 3 of us finished showering the first day, uncomfortable beds, and not enough shampoo/ conditioner for 4 people staying 2 nights. We solved the water heater problem by taking sailors showers. The others were on the queen in the basement and they said they both kept rolling towards the center. My bf and I slept in the super soft king on the first floor and slept well even though my bf usually prefers sleeping on a mattress like plyboard. Great, unique spot in the Denver area. In really close proximity to just about anything you could need. Very relaxed setup for lounging around after a day of adventuring. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus.

Smooth sailing at Anna and Mathew's. Very clean home, attractive amenities, and a strong west side location. All of us in the party agreed we would look forward to coming back.

Lots of space and beds. Just as described. One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. And Holly was a very good communicator. We would definitely stay there again.

We picked Steve's place because it's size and location fit our needs for our weekend. We loved the game room, and our adult children really utilized all the games. The place is spacious with lots of opportunity for privacy if you need it. 3 bedrooms up and 3 down make it very easy to spend time with a lot of family. :) We had a little hickup with the grill, but these things happen, and we were able to utilize the backup grill. Steve was very responsive, even on Easter Sunday. We were able to go for a super nice walk on the Ralston Creek Trail, which was about a block away. It was beautiful. We will likely try to book Steve's place again for our next family get-together.

This place was so comfortable and worked so well for our stay. The lower level speakeasy space and theater area were the perfect spot for enjoying an evening in. The beds were very comfortable, we were provided plenty of linens, and lots of little extras like coffee and snacks that made our stay even better. The icing on the cake was the backyard outdoor space - lots of seating options and the hot tub was large and clean. The location itself is great - Arvada is full of everything you need and the Old Towne area has a bunch of great restaurants. You are also close to downtown and Morrison for a show at Red Rocks. We also easily did a quick mid-day visit to Boulder. Brandon was a very welcoming host and I would highly recommend this for anyone coming to the Denver area!

We had a wonderful stay! Unfortunately it was only for one night which was the only downside of our experience. Every little detail had been thought of and taken care of. The space is well maintained, very clean and no shortage of quality. We rent air bnb’s quite often and this house is way up there. Will definitely be back when we are in the area again.
