This house is truly a gem in Birmingham! The house is beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. The jacuzzi and the backyard area is also an added bonus !!

If anyone misses out on Cordell listing, their heart should be broken. He was top tier. Every time I reached out to him, he answered the phone or replied to a message right away. I will definitely book with him again. The distance from downtown and local attractions was 10 minutes or less.

BEAUTIFUL home with lots of amenities and just all-around gorgeous property from head to toe. Spacious, warm, inviting, clean and beautiful styling all throughout. I can't recommend this property and Ari & Lisa, as hosts, enough. Very professional, friendly, and just overall could not be a better stay. If u need a place to stay in B'ham or want a GREAT place to Airbnb, u will not regret staying here! 10 PLUS stars....

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet, peaceful area. We loved hearing birds chirping in the mornings while enjoying coffee on the front or back porch. The property had thoughtful touches and fun activities that kept the kids entertained. The host was extremely responsive and kind—always quick to help whenever we reached out.

Wonderful neighborhood and location! Very attractive neighborhood with easy outdoor walking or running. The house was very well decorated but more importantly, comfortable! From the minute you walk in, the spaciousness of the main rooms make you feel at home and relaxed. Large fenced in back yard. Very attractive home inside and outside. Comfortable furniture is a bonus. Highly recommend!

Wonderful old home in a safe neighborhood near Avondale. Grocery store a couple blocks away was convenient. Lots of coffee pods (thank you from the 6 coffee drinkers!) and basic supplies like salt and pepper helped. Good space to cook and lots of fun places to gather and visit. Loved the game room and pac man! The beds were comfortable and we loved the back porch.

Such character and charm! Close to restaurants and grocery stores. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Responsive and friendly host. Would stay again!
