We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

If you're looking for a quiet oasis in the countryside, this is the place to be! The view is magnificent, the sunset a dream. The treehouse is comfortably furnished, in the kitchen there are the most important utensils so you can cook well at home. In the vicinity there are countless small tranquil villages, which are among the most beautiful places in France. In the preseason, some activities, such as canoeing, are usually not yet open, which did not bother us as we mainly focused on hiking and resting. Anne is a wonderful hostess - she was quickly available for questions and stopped by if necessary. Gladly again :-)

We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

Perfect accommodation for a stay. Close to shops and roads, the house is close to nature. Sébastien is a welcoming host who easily puts you at ease, and responds to our needs. The house is well arranged, clean and matches the photo. The proximity of a hiking trail at the bottom of the steps of the house is ideal for walks with a pet. We will go back without hesitation.

Very nice quiet house with two large bedrooms. There were a few basic products missing in the kitchen (oil, salt, sugar, etc.). Note that this accommodation is located in an agricultural environment (market gardener), with the possibility of tractors being present.

What a delight to arrive in Marcillac-Saint-Quentin! The driveway reveals a well-kept park with a large shared swimming pool. An exceptional welcome from Mariette and Jacques! Mariette is discreet, attentive, very gentle and generous, and has a sense of hospitality. The exposed stone house has a private garden with table, deckchairs and BBQ. - On the ground floor, freshness is welcome: equipped kitchen, Louis Philippe living room, renovated furniture. Majestic open fireplace, ready to be lit. Another nice touch. - Upstairs 2 spacious bedrooms, also well cared for. Quality bedding and linens. It's a pleasure to open the windows in the morning, listen to the birds singing and watch the squirrel jumping from tree to tree. The house located 10 minutes from Sarlat, not far from Lascaux, is perfect for reconnecting with nature. It is a haven of peace with a beautiful energy. We'll be happy to go back! I would highly recommend it

Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! We were warmly welcomed in this cozy nest located a five-minute drive from the center of Sarlat. Cooking basics are available, the bedding is comfortable and Sophie's little touches are really appreciated. The wood stove brings a touch of charm to this cocoon!

This was our second stay at La Mirabelle, and the house is great with lovely views across the valley. The surrounding area is great as there is so much to see and do and most places are easy to get to. Babara and Robert are great too, they are so friendly and attentive, they also speak really good English too.

A perfect stay in the heart of Sarlat! We had a wonderful stay in this ideally located rental. The location is simply perfect to fully enjoy the bucolic atmosphere and authentic charm of Sarlat. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to stroll through the picturesque alleys, discover the markets and savour the local gastronomy without constraint. A big thank you to Nathalie, the owner, for her warm welcome, availability and valuable advice. The accommodation is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. A small but significant plus: free parking nearby, which is rare and very much appreciated in this city. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back! Frankly, I've rarely had a rental of this quality on Airbnb. Me and my friends from Beziers felt at home with the hosts for 4 days. The house is spacious, very well decorated and very functional. A crazy terrace overlooking the pool and a huge garden. In short, a golden opportunity to keep between us for more availability on future bookings. And the hosts are extra people to really get to know and who give you good advice for visits and local producers It's the best Really a cottage to recommend for those who want to visit the northern region of the lot Rocamadour, Padirac and Co.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

Peaceful and quiet place, as we like. The accommodation is simple and functional. The pool is a plus after a nice hike! Philippe is both present and discreet. It is a place to recommend.

Nothing to say about the place, it was perfect. Cécile and Sean had great tips. There are plenty of places to visit near the accommodation, gastronomic discoveries and pretty villages. A very nice place.

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore.
