The facility is located in the picturesque village of Marczyce only 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, in the direction of Karpacz. Level 1 (65 m2) two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Level 2 (30 m2) is a bedroom for two and a sitting area. The apartment is designed for 4–8 people. Plot area 1.5 ha/0.34 ha forest. A place for a bonfire.

An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Very good access to the S3 expressway (3 km) and the A4 highway. We issue invoices.

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. Every fragment of the turret, every room is a blend of history, old materials, and the medieval spirit with design and comfort. Here, nothing is perfect... no right angles, no obvious spaces. There is plenty of stone, wooden floors, old restored windows, a wooden staircase in the center of the house reminding you of the age of the home. There are cobwebs that appear out of nowhere. There is a soul. The bathroom, which invites you to bathe in an old cast iron tub, and a sauna...

There are 5 double rooms each one with a private bathroom on the second floor of this beautiful castle to rent. In the ground floor there is a big meeting room with a huge terrace, which is for your own use, as well as the billiard room. The first floor of the castle is private, where the owners are staying. During Christmas and New Years a minimum of 2 nights rental is required!
