A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! We live in the house next door and make sure you feel at home and have everything you need. Welcome!

Charming cottage in traditional style, in Sandnäset 700 m from Luleälven. The cottage has three rooms, a bedroom with two beds, a living room and a small but functional kitchen. Small but cozy covered terrace with room for table and 2-3 chairs. Next to the terrace there is a shower and toilet. You have the cottage to yourself! Beach is located at Sandnäsudden (about 1 km). The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Välkommen till gårdshuset "Bagarstugan" på Barksjögården: en gammal bondgård som är under upprustning. Ett enplanshus med alla bekvämligheter som behövs. Perfekt för familjen/kompisarna. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Njut av en promenad eller åk skidor längst skoterspåret bara 100 meter från gården. Nära till skidspår där hund är tillåten. 5 minuter bilväg till matvarubutik och pizzeria. Meddela på förhand om djur tas med. Avresestäd kan oftast bokas mot avgift. Varmt välkomna!
