Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Ours has direct access to the Seine (unsecured) On site, there is a communal pool open from June 15 to September 15. Playground for children, tennis courts, soccer and petanque. The estate is 1 hr 20 min from Paris, 20 min from Provins and 45 min from Fontainebleau.

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Upstairs, 3 adjoining bedrooms, newly refreshed. 1 large bedroom with a 180 cm bed, 1 medium bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 1 small bedroom with a 140 cm bed. Courtyard and outdoor terrace. The house is located in the village center, 10 meters from the rural home. Parking is outdoors, located 10 meters away as well.

The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe.
