Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation with a sea view. The accommodation is 53 sqm, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen/living room. Bedroom 1 has a single bed (120 cm) and bedroom 2 has a double bed (160 cm) and in the kitchen/living room there is a sofa bed. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Fantastic cabin with a waterfront plot! Sauna, hot tub and boat with engine. Long jetty by the beach and swimming raft with diving tower. The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. Fresh water is supplied during the stay with water containers Gas stove with oven and gas fridge. The hot tub available Easter- end Oct. Water hot tub ok to use during Easter - end of Oct.

It is perfect for families visiting "Trolska Skogen" or friends/couples that want to experience Mellanfjärden, or perhaps play some golf at Sörfjärden golf court. Seven min walk to the center of Mellanfjärden, with restaurants, grocery store, craft shop, playgroud et.c. Trolska skogen is within walking disance (15 min) or a short ride with the car. Sörfjärdens golfcourt is approximately 15-20 min with car from Mellanfjärden.

Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
