The house was very neat and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The location was good and close enough to businesses. Conny was very responsive and friendly. We hope to visit there again when we come visit family.

Definitely somewhere I would visit again! I felt right at home, my kids LOVED IT! So clean upon arrival, very spacious!

Dayanna is a great host. Quick to answer questions, issues, food recommendations. Will definitely want to book this as a family getaway in the future.

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

About 30-45 mins away from world famous beaches and Downtown Tampa ! Very nice and clean house, super comfy 🤗Doris was very friendly and responsive !Definitely would recommend this lovely Oasis away from home !

This was my first experience using Airbnb and David made it easy and responded quickly! Such a beautiful property and perfect for a family like mine. The pool was exceptional and although it was a shared pool we had it to ourselves majority of the time which was a plus. The horses are such a calming touch and nice to visit when you have the free time especially for the kiddos!

We had an amazing time at Benji and Kathleen's spot. Our kids, age 6, 3 and 2 were overjoyed with the amenities and toys available. The pool was lovely and I felt confident that my children were safe with the gate around the pool as well as the closed living space on the outdoor patio. We spent a morning at the beach and another morning at the Tampa Zoo but getting back to the house, swimming, relaxing and playing were certainly the memorable highlights of the trip. Benji was also extremely responsive and made sure to check in. We arrived very late from our flight and had no problem finding the house and getting inside. We highly recommend this home for a trip to Palm Harbor/Tampa if you have small children. It was perfect and a great family escape.

awesome backyard! the house was super clean when we arrived. I accidentally burnt a hole in a patio chair cushion. Veronica was very understanding. I bought replacement cushions.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful and relaxing time hanging out here. Would not hesitate to book again only next time would like to book a fishing trip on the Reel Anomaly docked out back. Just book it and enjoy.

The Havana House was perfect for what we needed it for! Very accommodating for me and my family. It had everything we needed and we all felt very comfortable staying there. We stayed for a week and it was amazing! It’s good to know the Havana House is there as an option for when I’m in FL visiting family. Worth it in every way! Would recommend to other families travelling.

Briana is an absolutely wonderful host - very responsive and informative. We were thankful to be able to extend our stay an extra month while in the process of purchasing a house. The house itself is stocked well with all essentials. Lots of towels which we appreciated especially as ours boys loved playing in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The location is super convenient- just a quick drive to US 19 but not in an area that gets congested. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this has been by far my favorite in Florida. Me and 2 buddies were here for work for a little over a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The location is perfect. Restaurants and bars right on the river all within 5 minutes. We launched some kayaks out the back yard and fished the river. Saw some dolphins toward the gulf. I highly recommend staying here. A huge thing for me is Bathroom water pressure and the master bathroom has a rainfall situation with great pressure and it made me feel right at home. I should’ve booked this place for longer.

This place was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, the house was clean and welcoming. Everything I needed was exactly where Kimberleigh said it would be. Kimberleigh has everything you could possibly need, from make up remover wipes to hair ties and straighteners in case you forgot your own. The home was sparkling clean and quite comfortable, with extra throw blankets and pillows. Every detail you can think of for a peaceful getaway has been executed. Kimberleigh, thank you for the clear communication and quick responses to everything and having such a beautiful getaway spot you’re willing to share with the world. I didn’t want to leave but I will certainly be back.

Diann is an extremely nice host. She truly cares about her guests having a great experience. When we mentioned a problem with the TV late at night, she was willing to come over immediately to fix it. Assuring her it could wait until morning, she was there at 7:15 AM to replace the TV! Then she kept checking back to see if everything was OK. Very nice lady who cares. You can't go wrong booking with Diann.

My family and I stayed here for a little four day vacation visiting the Weeki Wachee River. The home was everything we expected and more. Perfect place to relax after long days of paddling and swimming. I would highly recommend this location and this host to anybody looking for a place to stay.

Had a wonderful stay in North Port Richey! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. Great location—quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

This place made our vacation. We had our two granddaughters who are 12 & 13 with us. We never heard we are bored can we go do something. The house had everything you could imagine to keep them busy. The girls especially love the swimming pool and the pool table. They said they can’t wait till we can go back. We would recommend this place to everyone. We had the best time here with the family! The house is beautiful, the island is private and peaceful and Sonia was extremely responsive and an overall great host. We have stayed at other beach houses, but this one by far was the best. We already have plans booked to return later this year. We truly appreciated all the touches Sonia has added to the home, it's so well stocked you don't have to bring much of your own. Thank you for opening your home to us and see you soon!
