Welcome to our cozy and peaceful house where the whole family can relax. The house, which is only 15 minutes from central Stockholm and 5 minutes from Täby C, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a TV room, a large kitchen, a dining room, and two dedicated work spaces. Direct access from the kitchen and living room to the enclosed patio and terrace with a large lovely hot tub for 6 people. The house is perfect for couples and families. Fiber broadband 500/500, and charging station for the car.

Nära till två sjöar och naturreservat. Området är lugnt men du har ändå nära till både city, Arlanda och tex Kista. Vi satsar på att skapa en trevlig miljö för alla som bor här så vi prioriterar förfrågningar med en personlig presentation och en liten beskrivning av syftet för besöket. Välkommen!

Det är ett vardagsrum, en liten köksvrå, ett sovrum med tv och arbetsplats, en stor toalett med dusch och bastu som kan nyttjas för en extrakostnad på 10€ (120SEK) per tillfälle och garage med multigym. cyklar finns att låna, te, kaffe och mjölk finns. Cozy 25 m² double studio in Solna, just outside central Stockholm and near attractions like the Mall of Scandinavia and Friends Arena. The studio includes a 140 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for two. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Nice apartment with a private entrance in a shared villa by Lake Mälaren on Färingsö. Approximately a 45-minute drive to Stockholm city center. Private patio with seating area and beautiful lake views. Access to a lawn, sandy beach, and a jetty with sun loungers. The property also offers a canoe and paddleboard for borrowing. A small rowing boat with an electric motor and a kayak are available for rent. Close to exercise trails with an outdoor gym and illuminated tracks.

The location is in a house neighbourhood but with maximal privacy, as it is surrounded by a forest on 2 of 4 sides of the house. The house has all facilities you can ask for; many bedrooms and beds, two workstations with screens, a tv room, a gym with a threadmill, a weightlifting section and a spinning bike, two bathrooms, one with both a bath tub and a sauna.
