The house is prepared for all types of guests. A place with privacy, comfort and tranquility, very close to downtown, Weg, Marisol, Scar, CSM and the bus station. Uplay Gym is less than a 10-minute walk away. Free covered garage. In the heat, the pool is an option to cool off at any time. The backyard is safe and large, perfect for enjoying outdoor life, with different species of plants and birds. P.S.: The house doesn't have a permit to serve customers, but it's GREAT FOR WORKING FROM HOME.
