There is a grocery store, restaurants, bike and ski rentals, public transport and ski buses to Janské Lázně and Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a dedicated parking space in front of the house for two guest vehicles.

The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Opposite the house is a bobsleigh track and in summer there is a children's area with lots of attractions. Parking is available directly at the house in the garden, under a CCTV system.
