Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Jangsa-dong

The apartment has a really great view at the ocean, is very clean and the host is always available for questions. It is located in a big apartment building but you overlook all other buildings in front of it. It’s really quiet and you can view a nice sunrise from your bed. If you are looking for an easy stay this could be your choice.

I happened to meet the host when I checked in, and he kindly helped me. The indoor condition was so good, and the bathroom, kitchen, and refrigerator were all good. I hope that this good condition will continue. Also, there was no noise, the sea view was so nice, and it was convenient to have a convenience store. I was worried that I would only have to use one elevator because there was only one elevator in the hall, but it ran quickly. There was an additional cost, but the parking service was also good. Another advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby. I intend to revisit. Thank you for providing a good accommodation.

As shown in the photo, there is a terrace and a window where you can see the lighthouse beach right away, so you can see the sea even if you don't go outside. Porcha Street was also nearby, so I was able to walk. I had a comfortable stay with a kind and quick response.

The place was very spacious and new so we really enjoyed our stay. If you don't mind not having a sea view, this place is worth to book. It's in a residental area and having a kids' playground nearby so some noises can be heard but for us it was not problem at all, especially when keeping windows closed. We found couple of trash under the sofa and some stains here and there, but nothing too bad to complain about. I would book this place again if I will go to Sokcho some other time. :)

The sea is right in front of you, so you can see it very well, and the location is good, so it's great to go out to the central market or the sea. The best location, the beautiful scenery, the cleanliness of the room, the communication, etc. are all great, but what makes this room shine even more is the host's thoughtful touch. My two sons loved it so much:) I liked the clean interior with a clean and tidy bathtub or a large and cool shower. If you're a lover, you might feel excessive. I turned on the indoor lights at night, so I put the curtain on because I was concerned about the outside gaze, so it was more comfortable and nice ~ However, the upper wind was pretty good on the side of the bedside window ~ So we slept in the direction of sleeping upside down. I thought it was a complete flaw that I had to put my head in the upper wind... Turns out I thought it was an air conditioner, so I warmed up the air with a hot air fan, so it got warm and I slept well, five stars. Even so, if you turn off the heater, it quickly. The upper wind turned around, so I slept in the direction of the living room until morning. It was a little steamy, but it was still clean. I believe you've taken care of it... I'm sick because I catch a cold. Because it's better ^ ^;; The snowfall in March was ridiculous But I was so happy with my trip like never before ^ ^

Considering the price, there are a lot of facilities that you can use, and the surrounding scenery is nice, so I wanted to come back. He was kind and the dessert on the table was really good.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The cleanliness was good, and I had a comfortable stay like home. However, the distance from downtown Sokcho is considerable, and the location is a bit unfortunate, but it was nice to have a beach right away in a nearby location.

First of all, it was nice that the room was spacious. Laundry detergent, towels, and shower supplies were all provided, so it was very comfortable. There was a terrace, and the view was good, so it felt stable. Above all, it is on the 5th floor that doesn't look like the 5th floor because you can see the sea from the bed. I didn't have to go to the high floor to see the view on purpose. There is a convenience store on the first floor, and there is an ocean in front that you can walk to, so it's good for a walk. Parking is a mechanical parking lot for 7,000 won per day, so the guys take it out and put it in whenever you want. I felt so comfortable like my home, so I was really satisfied with my stay.

I've been to many places using Airbnb overseas and domestically, but it was really the best experience, and it was the best house where I could feel the host's sincerity wherever I went. I highly recommend it as a place that has a lot of emotion that can't be captured in the photos, and I think it's a house that fits well with any trip, regardless of family, couples, or acquaintances. I personally stayed at Kasia the day before, but if I had known, I would have stayed for two consecutive nights. A lovely house in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by nature. The sea is only a short walk away — we truly loved it here

I had a 13-month-old baby, and it was so nice that I didn't have to worry about falling because there was a mattress room. The house was spacious and there was nothing missing, so I felt really comfortable during my stay. Parking was possible regardless of check-in, so I was able to visit the complex Sokcho Beach without worrying about parking. I highly recommend it because it was more satisfying than expected, from the location to the cleanliness!!!

This is my second visit. I came the last time and I liked the location, so I came again this time. It's a new building, so it's clean and the location is my favorite. There were plenty of bedding and a table to sleep on the floor, so it was nice to pack several food and eat it. The TV didn't have live broadcasting, but that was a bit of a downside:) Overall, it was a satisfactory accommodation ~ ~

To be clear, the construction site was in front, so it was a little annoying, but the view itself wasn't bad, and above all, the bed and topper were very cozy, so it was comfortable, and the washing machine was equipped with a dryer, so it was so nice to wash! And it's very clean:) I had a good stay with my dog! (I think it would be nice if you put a TV. I think it would be really better if there was a TV!)

Wow! This studio is such a comfortable place to stay, the view is simply incredible, the area is walkable you can enjoy the beach in seconds and the lake is only about 5min walk. There are also many buses right on the main street. There is everything you need and the host is very nice. I could have stayed way longer. Highly recommend ^^
