Storstugan in the 1700s

Storstugan at FärjanGården. This is the main building of the farm dating back to the 18th century. Much of the property is preserved and restored. Renovated in old style with murals and charm. Swimming opportunity on the farm at the guest jetty, fishing from shore or from a rowing boat that can be borrowed. Access to two canoes (shared with one other cabin further away on the property). Cozy terrace with evening sun and views of the Dalälven river. Sauna is down by the water (shared but can be booked)

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Leas basement - Cozy Cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as self-catering for a longer period of time but even if you want to just stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, wood-burning stove, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160 cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi as well as a monitor with Chromecast.

The Yellow House; homegrown veg & woodfired sauna

Come and relax at The Yellow House, a peaceful, cosy cottage surrounded by forest and a stream running right past. A 15min walk (900m) will take you to a beautiful swimming lake with amazingly clear water. We are Malin and Woody and live next door on a little smallholding. We have two children, three cats, a dog and some ducks. Depending on the season, we sell organic duck eggs and vegetables straight from the garden! A woodfired sauna is available to use for 200kr/session.

Herbre in natural farm environment

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Newly built log cabin with a view of Hovran. Patio with barbecue, access to dock and rowing boat during summer. One bedroom with 4 beds in the form of 2 bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 beds. The living room has a wood-burning stove and on the grounds there is a wood-burning sauna. The accommodation is suitable for those who want to enjoy the peace and nature, parties are not allowed.

Cozy log cabin overlooking Håvran. Dock access. Porch with BBQ. A bedroom with a newly purchased double bed and a sleeping loft with two beds that can be made into a double bed. Tile oven is available. The accommodation is suitable for those of you who want to enjoy the tranquility and nice nature. Parties are not allowed. AC available. About 7 km to central Hedemora.

Here you stay in a rural idyll but close to forest, swimming and fishing in Dalälven. Nice walking paths in the forest and nature, where you can pick mushrooms and berries. 500m to swimming area with cafe, boat and canoe rental etc. There are several entry places for brought boat.
