Minutes from Overton Estate with plenty of walking and bike trails. Excellent base for visiting the stunning Loch Lomond area and beyond, with convenient access to Glasgow and Edinburgh by train or car. Please note that there are a number of stairs to access the property, so may not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. On street parking.

Lovely, spacious home in Balloch, situated at the foot of Loch Lomond by the Trossachs. The apartment is part of a large family home, self-contained, with independent access (top level of the house). H The train and bus station are 10 minutes walk away and nearby numerous walking, climbing and hiking trails. The cultural venues in the cities of Glasgow and Stirling are approximately 30-40 minutes by car & train. The hosts live in the apartment below and are always happy to offer advice and tips

This bright and airy apartment is perfectly located for exploring the Loch Lomond area as well as being conveniently located for day trips to Glasgow. The apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard and is spacious for 4 guests. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area is great for relaxing after a day of exploration. Both bedrooms have King Size beds and luxury bedding. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is an additional shower room with a washer and dryer.

Double glazing throughout, gas central heating. An ideal place to eat & rest after exploring the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
