Downtown Indy, Children’s Museum, and Indpls Motor Speedway are each 35-40 minutes. Purdue University is 28 miles. The Loft is perfectly situated just moments away from the towns of Zionsville, Lebanon, and Whitestown while only being a 25 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. The Loft offers a cozy setting, featuring a one-bedroom suite with a full bathroom, atop a rustic yet elegant barn. The Loft includes a kitchenette, a living room, and deck that overlooks the countryside – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or stargazing by night.

Red House Guesthouse

Relaxing guesthouse in peaceful country setting with local deer herd visiting frequently. Close to Shades and Turkey Run State Park and Wabash College. Great location for Covered Bridge Festival, and wedding venues. We live on site with our 2 chocolate Labradors. The guesthouse has a private entrance and private outdoor deck facing the woods. Entire living space is handicapped accessible including large bathroom with walk in shower. Cleaning is in accordance with CDC guidelines.

There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-3. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living).
