Fun Space close to Busch and Colonial w/ Hot Tub

Come for the fun to a spacious 1st floor walkout basement just 1 mile from Busch Gardens & Water Country and just 3 miles from Colonial Williamsburg & William and Mary. You'll have a large pool table, bar area, private entrance, hot tub, firepit, coffee bar, and free parking in a quiet neighborhood. Jamestown and Yorktown are also close by. The space is part of our home (the bottom floor) w/ private entry & a LOT of room. Not a time share disguised as your own space- and no sales pitches either.

We have combined two two-bedroom units, one DOWNSTAIRS and one UPSTAIRS to create a huge four bedroom townhouse style unit with fabulous flexibility. The units share a common entrance hall but can be used as two separate two-bedroom units if you like. It features two king master suites (one up and one downstairs), two guest rooms ( a queen unit upstairs and a two twin-bed unit downstairs). There are two full living rooms, kitchens, dining areas for 6 and two complete bathrooms on each floor.

Each unit has a king primary suite with an on-suite bath (garden tub & shower), a queen guest room, a guest bath, and a full kitchen and dining area. Fireplaces in each living area. Comfortably sleep up to 12 adults using the 2 sofa sleepers. The two units are divided by a common entrance foyer with separate (lockable) doors. Enjoy the units separately (maybe by 2 families or use one for the teens) or together.
