Holiday rentals with beach access in James City County

This apartment was beautiful and it was a lovely stay!

This was such a fun trip to Urbanna! The apartment was great and we even visited Shawn’s oyster bar and had an enjoyable chat with him. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend his special spot!

This condo is beautiful (the pictures don't do it justice!), and is located in a very private and absolutely gorgeous location. Mike is an excellent host, very responsive, and always available. He went above and beyond during our stay, including accommodating a (very early) check-in request, and offering help with restaurant reservations and bike rentals. We had a great time, and cannot wait to come back!

Very nice space. Perfect team for our family. Bathrooms were different but right next to each other. Be prepared to walk up stairs to the main level. Plenty of room.

Amy and Andy are excellent hosts! I had so much fun. I was just a little disappointed in the wi-fi/internet connection but Andy is doing his best to correct it. This is my second time staying here and I will be coming back! I highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved staying at Bernadette’s place. It is exactly as described in her listing-peacefully tucked away in a beautiful private setting. It’s the perfect get-away where you can relax. Comfy beds, clean spaces, beautiful yard, and lots of extras. It’s definitely a place we would return to.

This is a charming 2-story house in a historic neighborhood, convenient to Buckroe Beach, Hampton Coliseum, and Langley AFB. Very clean, comfortable 3-BR house with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and kitchens and bathrooms were updated. The hosts provided a lot of thoughtful extras such as coffee & toiletries. There was even a dock on the Hampton River. My son loved fishing off it! We would definitely stay here again.

The area was absolutely charming. We were in town for a formal garden tour, but we actually spent quite a bit of time just walking around the neighborhood and enjoying all those gardens as well! We were lucky to experience a first Friday, when all the local vendors get together for a little street fair. The house itself is cute and clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful overlook to the water from the entire rear of the house. Huge deck with plenty of seating and things to do. The inside is very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. We would visit again in the future without hesitation!

This place was amazing! We gathered for a 70th birthday dinner and there was plenty of room for everyone. The screened in patio was the perfect place to gather, have lots of laughs and make lots of memories. Thank you Jackie! Looking forward to next time!

this was our second time visiting after 2 years it looked fresh and clean and beautiful as our first stay the house is beautifully appointed with furnishings and all the comforts of home right down to drink shaker and hand mixer needed for me to make goodies to take to my families home nearby they also filled fridge with all sorts of goodies like eggs butter bagels juice pancake mix and strawberries just all sorts of things it really made us feel just like home can’t wait to go back again next year

Very nice place peaceful. We enjoyed the balcony. The place was close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay wle will definitely be back. The steps where a little to much but great overall.

We had the pleasure of staying at Jill’s condo for a few days this weekend during a family trip to Williamsburg. Her space could not have been more beautiful, and well-designed. Her eye for style was evident in the home, and in a town where many rentals are dated, hers truly stands out. She was extremely easy to communicate with, and was always responsive. My only complaint was that I didn’t have more time to explore the resort, as I was only in town for two short days, and the resort has so much to offer. I look forward to returning in the future so that I may do so, and highly recommend this home to everyone!
