We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, beautiful, and had a very relaxing ambiance. The rooms being right beside the pool was a huge plus, especially for us with kids — it made it so easy to keep an eye on them while they played and swam. The space was generous and well laid out, allowing us to relax and enjoy our time together. Yanna and Jason were amazing hosts — they made sure we had everything we needed and attended to us right away whenever we had questions or requests. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Thea is geniunely the best Host we had so far on AirBnb and that is after 20 bookings. we had a particular situation and her proactiveness and help was simply wayyyyy above and beyond our expectations. This location is very serene. We had our family reunion and everyone had a great time. Very spacious! Heated pool was a win for our kids. Host was quick respond to our inquiries. The lived in staffs were helpful and responsive. We hope to be back again

We had a great stay. The best private pool. Very clean rooms specially the bathrooms. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and good ac. Love the place, so peaceful and private. My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Even before booking, I already knew that one night wouldn’t be enough for this place. The place is very peaceful and calming—completely far from the busy city vibes. It’s very private and we really enjoyed the dipping pool. Everything you need is complete, from kitchenware to bathroom essentials. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Harvey’s parents upon arrival and they were incredibly hospitable. Every corner of the place is IG-worthy and perfect for relaxing. We highly recommend this place!

Grace is such a wonderful host. She is so caring and responsive. She even took the time to ask how we were when an earthquake occurred while we were at her place. She would message me from time to time if we needed anything. Probably the most proactive host I have ever met in Airbnb. The place was very peaceful and the view was beautiful. If you need to de-stress, then this place is highly recommended.

Booking Experience - you have to plan and decide ahead if you want to experience this place as it always fully book. Our event held May 10 2025 however I booked and reserved the place as early as October 2024. Communication - The host response and answered all my inquiries in timely manner. She is very accommodating and patiently address my concerns. Place - from the boat terminal going to the venue is remarkable experience. KLebrix Lakehouse is such a beautiful place, the interior design of the houses matches the beauty of Lake Lumot. What I also love about, is the Pavillion (dinning and kitchen located) it is separated from the 2 houses. You can cook and make noise while preparing meal without distracting the sleep/rest of the guest. My daughter's bday theme is Dora the Explorer. So many things you can do for this place. I wish I have a place like this…I really love it…the villa was very clean and very private. The view of the rice field outside the window is awesome. The dipping pool is also clean. Wifi is super strong. The aircons in both rooms are functioning real well. There are available condiments in the kitchen. Towels, shampoo and liquid bath soap are also provided. The host and co-hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Responded to my numerous queries and even allowed us to check out late without additional charge! We will definitely go back soon! The whole family loved the place. We were lucky to find it on Airbnb. We were 19 people and it was spacious enough for us (but rent the two extra rooms in their convan). The rooms were all great and clean (air conditioners were working very well). Pool was clean and pretty. With deep and shallow parts that are both good for our teens and our young kids. The added value to the place was the view and access to the lake. We went there and hung out at the kubo beside the lake for 2 mornings to see the sunrise. Spent and enjoyed our Holy Week here. And we would love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Asraya! the place is cozy enough for group of 15 pax and above and the amenities are just what we needed. Perfect for a short getaway!

My family of and I had a really pleasant stay at Diana’s place. It’s true that the place is pristine and looks better than the photos ❤️ We especially appreciate the responsiveness of the caretaker Kuya Alex and team. Everything was smooth and we felt right at home. Beds are comfortable and spacious, AC units are new and pool water temperature was perfect. If there was one negative is that our stay was too short! I wish we had stayed longer, will definitely be back next time. 😁 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

The place looked exactly like the ones shown in the photos. It has a great view of Taal Lake and the listing had everything you need even a washing machine. The best part is it's pet friendly.

Hi. We enjoyed our short time stay in this house We felt comfy and we spent well out time to rest Very quiet place and the whole house is very cozy , complete appliances that you can use.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!
