This cottage, 130 years old, is about 90 m2, modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Peaceful idyll in the countryside. The cottage is centrally located on the farm, private and undisturbed. Patio with barbecue, lake view, evening sun. At the back of the cottage, furniture with morning sun. Access to rowing boat and fishing in the lake 200 m away. Small bathplace with jetty by the lake. Berry and mushroom picking around the knot. Nice wood stove in the kitchen. Bathroom around the house knot with dry toilet and shower. 4G coverage About 45 min Stockholm, 60 min Arlanda by car.

With a great view over the lake Mälaren and the surrounding nature, our countryside house offer you peace and quiet. However, Stockholm City is only 40min away and Arlanda airport can be reached in 15min. Please be advised that the house is located in the countryside and use of a rental car is preferred.
