Soba sa 2 mala kreveta te jednim bračnim krevetom smještena je na katu vikendice iz kojeg se prostire najljepši pogled na Plivsko Jezero. Izvan vikendice nalazi se pergola sa mjestom za sjedenje.

Stan na dan u centru Žepča Stan se sastoji od: prostranog dnevnog boravka, kuhinje, blagovaonice, kupaonice ( koja posjeduje i veš masinu, fen, peglu za kosu ) dvije spavace sobe i toalet.
