My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Perfect location RIGHT on the beach. A very rare find in for this area and at this price! Enjoy this lovely, 2bed 2 bath beachfront apartment for a short trip, or an extended holiday. Kept immaculately clean and tidy. It has 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, small patio with gas Weber braai, Smart TV (Netflix) and Fibre Wifi. Peaceful only begins to describe this well-situated beachfront house. Beautiful open plan house with rooms that are separated from the main space. Each room has its own kitchenette with tableware provided. All rooms have a beach front view with their own patio in front. The rooms walk out to a central courtyard that connects to the main space. You could easily spend the whole day on the front patio and admire the beautiful scenery. House is equipped with backup power.
