First time we lease an airbnb and my family was delighted with the stay. The atmosphere feels like being very at home, quiet and comfortable. Andres is a great host, he will always be on the lookout for any eventualities or help you need.

Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

The apartment is very large and full of natural light. It is actually larger than it appears on the pictures and it is very easy to feel at home. It is located in a new building, inside a gated community of three apartment towers, with 24 hour security and nice common areas that can be rented. Internet is really fast (fiber speed) and the apartment comes with all the appliances to make it ideal for a long stay. The only downside is that the single pane windows, perfectly adequate to the mild Arequipa weather, offers nothing when it comes to sound isolation. If you are a light sleeper, a nearby discotheque and the freight train running frequently at night will likely wake you up or make it difficult to fall asleep. Apart from that, which is not the host fault, we were very happy with the house and our stay in this non-touristic area of Arequipa, very close to a large mall.

My stay at this place was wonderful. The view of the imposing Misti is simply spectacular, and the atmosphere of the accommodation is very nice, as offered in the description. The place has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, and access was completely private and without any problems. I definitely hope to return in the future. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet experience with stunning views!

The apartment is excellent, all brand new , modern and functioning. I found the site a little far from the center , but the hospitality and quality of the apartment are worth it . Hosts respond promptly. The access to the apartment is modern and without difficulties to enter or leave. I only have to thank you for the welcome in your apartment. Arequipa is amazing for sightseeing and having a safe place helps a lot in the course of the trip . Ahhh the view of the volcano at the end of the afternoon facing the windows is undoubtedly note 10.

I had a very nice experience at this place. Since I arrived, everything was well organized, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The facilities were clean, well cared for and tastefully decorated. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend.

Very large house, very comfortable and close to tourist places. Has all the necessary amenities for a short stay as long. Spacious rooms and a wonderful view on the 3rd floor. Getting to malls,restaurants and pharmacies is very fast. Very good location and the host was always attentive to everything, she welcomed us and kindly fired us.

The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was sparkling clean. It was also very well equipped, everything was present for a few days stay. It is quietly located but the center is still within walking distance. We had a very nice stay and would definitely return again!

Amazing location! Close to everything but still very quiet and peaceful. Home is very comfortable with a lived-in 70's vibe. Had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive.
