House holiday rentals in Jacksonville

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it surely was a place to be grateful for. I love that this place is dog friendly and allows for guests. We were able to invite my sister (who we were there visiting) over to show of the beautiful grounds. There were doggy bag stations all over, which is always so appreciated! The room was very cozy and kept at a comfortable temperature, which was much appreciated during this cold month. I do recommend to any guests to make sure you either wipe your shoes off really well or just take them off inside because the gravel really sticks to your shoes and tracks inside easily. we learned this after it was too late. The property was absolutely breathtaking! We loved every second of it here and we look forward to coming back in the future to try the winery and restaurant.

Our family loved staying at Dianne's place! It was even better than the pictures let on, and we hope to stay again in the future. It was a very private home/yard in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that was great for morning and evening walks. The location was convenient (for our purposes) and easy to find. The house was extremely clean and a great set up for our family. It is a great place to relax and play!

Great place for my family. We went for a wonderful hike at Upper Table Rock, played mini-golf and went bowling in Medford, soaked up the sun and played in the pool. Kitchen is stocked with missing items I normally bring. Beds were cozy and enjoyed watching movies at night in the living room. Looking forward to our next stay already.

Beautiful home , great space to stay with friends and family… we stayed at the end of March . Wish our trip would have brought us here in the Summer months with everything in bloom . Would have loved to have used the pool !

We really loved our time at this house, we were even lucky enough to be able to extend our stay an extra day. The space inside the house is much bigger than we expected (the photos sell it a little short) and the floorplan gave everyone room to spread out and have plenty of privacy. The backyard pool area is simply amazing, it felt like we were in our own little resort. This house offered exactly what our family needed, plenty of space, outdoor amenities, and also pet friendly with a tranquil setting.

A truly lovely spot! Such a beautiful and peaceful time listening to bird calls and looking out across the valley from this comfortable, light-filled modern space tucked high up in the woods. Flowering plants all around the yard, wonderful pool and hot tub. Kyle very kindly and quickly helped with a request and our stay was incredibly relaxing and serene. Gorgeous place, hope to be back soon.

Very nice, comfortable little cottage for two. Close to I-5, downtown Central Point and many services and restaurants. Easy 10 minute walk to town in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom was quiet and dark with Air Con and a ceiling fan and nice queen bed. The kitchen had enough dishes, pots and pans that you could fix meals and very nice appliances. Love the fridge! Comfortable furniture for lounging. Everything was great!

The Location was perfect , the home was cozy and Clean , and Tiffany was a great Host , highly Recommended .

Arianna’s place is fabulous. Feels boutique, clean, fresh and uncluttered. The extra items she leaves for when you leave things at home is a great convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils so meal making is a breeze. She went above and beyond “welcoming us home” with a front door easel chalk board celebrating my son’s recent graduation on one side and welcoming our family on the other side. Very sweet personal touch! I highly recommend staying here!

What a fun and beautiful house! I rented the Disco Daisy for a girls trip and it was perfect. Cute,Cozy, and the decor was amazing. All of the beds were so comfortable and the backyard space was a fun place to hangout at night. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my third time renting this unit in the last three months and would rent it again any time I need a spot in Central Point, which I believe says a lot about how much I appreciate this little gem! 💎

This house was wonderfully set up to provide us a great stay. There were all the conveniences and supplies that made our week there very comfortable. Thanks to host Daysha for the excellent support, promptly answering any questions that we had. We got to check out the hot tub, game room, BBQ grill, TV, and made many dinners in the well appointed kitchen. The location was near groceries and local mall, and just 5 minutes from where we performed our week of community service volunteer work.

La Casetta Tuscana is a lovely home. It is small, but very comfortable, and I loved the color schemes and decoration. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and the washer/dryer was great to have. Melanie was a wonderfully communicative and generous host. Check out Cafe Soleil for coffee! A few small things to be aware of: the back bedroom has a high transom window that doesn't have a curtain that blocks any light, so you will be rising early. The climate control is via wall units, one in the back bedroom and one in the living room. They are very effective in those spaces, but I'm not sure how well the front bedroom will cool down on hot days (there is auxiliary heat that works great!). The neighborhood is a bit busy, and you do hear your neighbors. It isn't particularly private, in part because the area is recovering from a massive fire, so there aren't trees to cushion sound. There is one house still unfinished on the street, but we heard no construction while we were there.

We couldn't get over the stunning views and sunsets from this cabin high above Ashland. Yet it's an easy drive or a nice walk into town. This recent remodel is beautifully done. We loved the front porch and gas fir pit to sit outside and enjoy the quiet evenings. Loved the wildlife (birds and deer) around the house too. Getting there will seem a little confusing at first following some dirt roads, but the owners have a well maintained paved driveway on the last segment to the house. This is a very special spot.

We've stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and in fact have one of our own. Even so, Julee and Matt's place stood out as among the very top tier of all them all. Leading up to our stay, they answered our questions very clearly, quickly, and helpfully. Check-in was very easy. And the accomodations were simply superb. High quality furniture and accessories, comfortable bed, luxurious towels and washcloths, rooms were incredibly tidy and immaculately clean, spacious and uncluttered. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful and the area down by the river gorgeous with roses and Jasmine; beautiful and restful. Highly recommend.

Kelsey’s place felt like the golden age of Airbnb… if it kept evolving and got even better in 2025. Every detail was thoughtful and intentional. From wireless chargers on the nightstands to a monitor that doubles as a smart TV, nothing was overlooked. The space is beautiful, with huge windows offering incredible views, cozy furniture, and a fireplace framed in local stone that made it feel grounded and warm. She included things most hosts don’t: headlamps, a variety of laundry products, hampers in every closet, and even a portable vacuum to help us keep things tidy. The whole place felt generous, luxurious without being cold, and comfortable without feeling cluttered. It’s rare to stay somewhere this dialed in. Kelsey’s care and thoughtfulness reminded us what great hosting really looks like.

Quiet and private within walking distance to downtown, theater's, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beautifully decorated, very clean and very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend the Serendipity House.

My colleagues and I stayed at Hao’s while on a work trip. The house has everything you need, it’s very clean and safe. Would definitely stay here again ^_^

We had a great time. The house is older but was clean and we had everything we needed. The back deck and fire pit were great places to unwind each night. Siew and her crew were very responsive. The river was beautiful. The steps down to the river were too steep for my elderly parents but my son and I made it down and had a good time fishing.

We had such a fun and relaxing stay! The river was absolutely beautiful—it was the perfect backdrop for our trip. Uwe was a kind and welcoming host who made everything easy and comfortable. We were visiting family in Grants Pass and Uwe graciously allowed us to have them over to enjoy the home and the peaceful river setting with us. It really made our time extra special. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful experience—can’t wait to come back someday!

Really cool old house with modern touches. The traffic noise is constant but if you sleep with a fan, bring it and you won’t hear much. Overall great stay!

Brand new, incredibly clean with absolutely everything needed for a relaxing stay. The bed is super comfortable and it’s peaceful and quiet. We slept very soundly. Hosts have done a terrific job - we hope to return!
