Great place. Flat is true to the listing. Well-equipped, super ventilated, including air conditioner that I didn't think I had. Communication with Marta was great and Mrs. Rosa, Marta's mother who received us, is a super friendly lady and she did not miss anything at all. Me and my family (5 people) stayed in the second week of August 2022 in Flat do Candido, which served us perfectly with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and living room combined with the kitchen with the utensils necessary for a kitchen. The information and photos released reflect the apartment currently. Ancorar has an excellent leisure structure, in addition to 2 bars and convenience stores where we even find beach towels and extra bedding for rent. I recommend the space and if there is an opportunity, we will return to Flat.

The Studio is exactly like the pictures. Well equipped for everything in everyday life, organized and the hosts were kind and attentive from the time of booking. The location is right next to a grocery store, which is also very positive. There is a construction site next to the building and a school in front, which causes a little noise throughout the day, but other than that, the location is great.

Suely is very attentive and helpful. The apartment, although small, is well designed and divided so that you feel very comfortable! It has everything… coffee, sugar, spices and even shampoo and conditioner the hostess left… My wife used the space to work in Home Office and the internet works very well! The condominium is very clean and well maintained, except for 2 weekends when the elevator to access the penthouse and pool is blocked! Everything else was perfect! I recommend it!! The studio apartment is in a very quiet location, with two wooded parks that are great for walking and running. Shop nearby. I loved the location.

The stay with Mr. Carlos at his Airbnb was great, providential and met my needs: easy access, good choice for transportation. It is a very practical kitnet for one person, with good comfort and quality furniture. Mr. Carlos is very attentive and helpful, he takes care of his place! Note: I loved the Cooktop!
