Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

It is located in a quiet and local neighborhood; a perfect location for those who wants to base in Osaka and visit Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Also, it is a space for those who appreciates art, interior design and architectures. 際立った特徴はありませんが自分なりにデザインしました。 南海本線　関西空港駅から電車で約２０分、最寄り駅　井原里から歩いて約５分です。当方、駐車場はございません。お手数ですが、最寄り駅の井原里駅北側の有料駐車場をご利用ください。 *It's not that unique like other listings but I furnished the apartment by my own taste. Please try it and you like it. *It's about 20-minute ride from KIX airport and 5-minute walk from the nearest station to get to the apartment. *We have no parking space. Please park your car in the coin-parking located north part of Iharanosato station.
