Bivališče je oddaljeno od središča mesta in morja 400m, pošta, banka, tržnica, kavarne, lokalna ponudba hrane... Smo v peš coni in območju kolesarske proge PARENZANA, do Kopra je samo 4.7 km izpod stoletnih borovcev. Lepa je tudi pot proti Portorožu in Piranu, ker imate dva vzpona in tunela stare železnice. Izola ima mestno plažo Svetilnik, zelo čisto morje, z naravno senco iglavcev. Visoke temperature morja omogočajo kopanje do sredine oktobra.
