Holiday rentals with a patio in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos

El departamento está hermoso, tiene lo necesario para pasarla increíble, muy limpio. La ubicación me gustó. Lo único la alberca está helada, no se aprovecha al 100, pero hay un jacuzzi que ayudó a equilibrar porque no había casi gente. Cuando estén todos los departamentos habitados ojalá pongan calefacción en la alberca para aprovecharla.

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

Had a wonderful stay at Delia’s. I loved the lake and mountain views from the apartment. And it’s walking distance to nice restos and shops. Wifi was strong, which was great for work. And Delia was friendly and responsive to my requests. Would stay there again!

El departamento es lindo C se encuentra bien equipado, el fraccionamiento es seguro y la ubicación es buena , a 5 minutos de punto sur y a 1 minuto de avenidas principales , el anfitrión súper atento, la comunicación excelente

I loved this sweet apartment so close to the Malecon. The comfy furnishings and colorful art made me feel so at home. Only issue was consistent hot water. Communication and response time with Omar was excellent. And an off street parking spot helped immensely. Mahalo!!

El alojamiento es hermoso, Super amplio y comodo. Sigan las instrucciones tal cual de Marcela para llegar porque si esta muy fea la subida de la calle para los carros. No hay calefacción en la alberca y es fria el agua

Muy padre experiencia, está muy amplio tiene 5 camas un cuarto con litera otro con 2 camas matrimoniales, el coto es muy tranquilo

La estancia es acorde a las fotos, bastante amplia para un grupo de personas grande y con privacidad en cada una de las habitaciones. La zona de la estancia es tranquila sin embargo los Uber nos comentaban que de noche hay cierto riesgo en esa zona. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Lugar agradable para descansar, muy comodo y acogedor, privacidad, tranquilidad, su alberca con agua climatizada y el area para la carnita asada. Reconocimiento a la sra. Jessenia personal de limpieza, olvide mi reloj en el departamento y honradamente lo devolvió al dia siguiente de nuestra salida. Sergio tambien excelente atencion y seguimiento a las peticiones. Mil gracias, volveremos!

Recomiendo apliamente este alojamiento. Mi estancia en el departamento de Alejandro fue excelente, siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo y también nos recomendó lugares muy ricos para comer y desayunar. El complejo tubo un problema ajeno a Alejandro; el siempre siempre se mpstro muy amable y muy pendiente de todo. Si volviera a regresar a Guadalajara sin duda me hospedada en este departamento.

Brenda en todo momento estuvo en contacto con nosotros, relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, solo un poco de ruido con los vecinos que al parecer tenían fiesta pero no tardaron mucho en guardar silencio, por lo demás todo excelente!!

I really enjoyed staying in the heart of Ajijic - close to the plaza and the excellent restaurants. The host was very responsive and the caretakers were very kind and friendly. I loved the cat that lived on the property too!
