Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos

This is the third time I've stayed at this location. Regina and her brother and father are all great and very accommodating and nice. The location works very well for me and it's also one of the only places I've found in Ajijic with a soft bed! My only complaint is that the hot water is very unreliable, especially in the shower. Also the water flow itself in the shower gets bigger and smaller seemingly for no reason. Maybe I'm just not doing something right, but I haven't figured out how to make it work consistently. I've adapted though, and look forward to staying at this casita.

The ranch is a gorgeous and peaceful place to stay in the country, but not too far from town and Lake Chapala. The house has everything you might need. Mauricio was happy to help and easy to contact. Definitely ask about going for a horse ride! Absolutely marvelous place to enjoy with family.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudia's house, she and her husband were great hosts. We received the house in impeccable condition, everything was very clean, I have no complaints about anything. They also allowed us to bring our 5 dogs and they were the happiest. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Pictures do not do the place justice! The home was beautiful and even though there was a miscommunication at check-in and during our stay, things were cleared up. Irene and Nicolas do stay on the property but in their own home. They were both helpful at check-in and throughout our stay. I even had been gifted a painting that didn’t fit in my luggage and Nicolas helped me break apart the frame so I could bring it home! We appreciate the responsiveness of our host Manuel and the hospitality of Irene and Nicolas.

Perfect location. Flushable plumbing. Very nice accommodations. Everything I needed. Felt safe.

The apartment is beautiful, it has everything you need to have an incredible time, very clean. I liked the location. The only thing the pool is freezing, it doesn't take advantage of 100 but there is a jacuzzi that helped balance because there were almost no people. When all the apartments are inhabited I hope they put heating in the pool to take advantage of it.

The apartment is as described, I just don't remember if it says that one bedroom doesn't have A/C, the rest is as shown in the photos. Everything in order and clean, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The location was very convenient, I had to move quickly around the Expo Guadalajara area. The team was always attentive and very kind, easy access, rent a car and had a parking space inside the building. The apartment had a full water jug, that's always appreciated!

The only thing I can say is that we had to pay extra to park in the premises and there was no a/c. It was pretty hot so that was uncomfortable at night to sleep.

The apartment is spacious, well situated, and beautifully decorated. The artwork is representative of Ajijic's artistic community, and the furnishings are comfortable and attractive. We enjoyed cool breezes and the sounds of birds singing. I needed an early check-in and this was accomplished with ease. A personal greeting and tour of the house made me feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels fresh, and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent plumbing and walk-in showers. The location, half a block from the malecon, could not have been any better. We walked safely day and night to restaurants, shops, and the plaza principal. This place is beautiful and the hosts are kind and hospitable. I hope it is available for my next trip to Ajiiic.

Everything was great. The host was attentive. Very nice place. The project is very well done. The parking space is a little difficult if you bring a large car. But everything was very good.

I liked the apartment, in all its aspects, the host's attention, always attentive and super attentive. Mexico City area, I love having Costco, Sams, Walmart, Starbucks, etc. nearby I recommend the tortas ahogadas from "Doña Susy" which is very close to the apartment

First thing I have to say is that it was super clean. I felt safe and comfortable. Belen was a great host. Definitely coming back.

10/10 for us. I loved it. Very close to the pharmacy and meat and vegetables market and other restaurants within mins of walking. I will be coming back to the beautiful department. There’s a bar right across the building so it’s a little noisy but not bad. The staff are friendly. Very reasonable. And we enjoyed the pool and the grills that they have outside. The host was very nice. And I would recommend this place 100%.

I 100% recommend this accommodation, we had a great time and the place is very quiet and clean, it has everything you need for a good stay.
