Monthly Rentals in Iwanai District

Great location and cozy space for Niseko and other local resorts. The parking spot is in the garage below the unit so we never had to brush heaps of snow off of our car. Kutchan seemed to have a little bit of everything - decent restaurants and bars, a local 7/11 and a big grocery store all within walking distance.

We had a great stay— super clean accommodations close to niseko ski resorts. Hosts were always responsive and proactive with any questions/issues. Would absolutely return.

It was so confortable! It was really nice having two floors to ourselves!

My party of 8 absolutely loved every bit of Stuart’s home! It was cleanly, a great location off the beaten path of the tourist crazy Niseko, and matched his description perfectly. We had a blast exploring Kutchan, the nearby ski resorts, and all this area has to offer. I highly recommended renting a car if you are here to ski. Stuart has recommendations! He is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you! Just a heads up though even though there are “two bathrooms”— one is a shower room with a sink/laundry room (no toilet) and the other is one with a toilet only. It didn’t cause us any issues but just be aware!
