Private guest quarters on the American Narrows

Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

Lyncreek Cottage is open year round. it sits on private property on Lyndhurst river in Lyndhurst, Ontario. Observe various types of waterfowl or enjoy the sound of our meandering river as it flows into Lyndhurst Lake. This is all part of the natural surroundings in your own private cottage. A great place to stay if you are travelling through the area or while enjoying all the area has to offer including excellent fishing, paddling and hiking area trails.

Your home away from home is a short drive from downtown Gananoque situated on a 6 acre private property. We are approx. 5 minutes from Downtown Gananoque and 25 minutes from Downtown Kingston. Private entrance to ensure personal private space. Our space is not designed for more than 2 guests. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Sit on the front porch and watch the main channel of the St. Lawrence River and enjoy this busy working river. Recently remodeled cottage, very quiet and close to everything. Located in the American Narrows between Swan Bay and Point Vivian. We do have a private dock available for an extra fee, water levels permitting.
