OCEANSIDE RETREAT

A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

A spacious outdoor deck features wooden steps leading up to a covered area with two comfortable chairs. Potted plants adorn the deck, while large windows allow natural light to fill the interior space. The cottage is surrounded by lush greenery, enhancing privacy.

The Beach Pad

Located only 100m from the beach with regular stunning sunsets! This lovely cottage is very private and great if you want a simple place to stay in a beautiful location! The Beach Pad is only 3km from the main town and on a large property with plenty of parking for cars and trailer space. Flat-screen TV with Chromecast, Netflix & Amazon for your viewing pleasure. The bathroom is attached to the studio with gas caliphont heating the shower and is equipped with a basic eco-toilet. Enjoy!

Large 5 bedroom home overlooking the ocean.

This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning and often with beautiful evening sunsets. It is a 5 minute drive to Greymouth and a 1 km to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.
