Holiday rentals with a patio in Ivanhoe

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

Spotlessly clean with very helpful & prompt communication from hosts. A lift up to unit from basement carparking. Spotlessly clean, with many well thought out extras. Comfortable lounge seating & a perfect out door area. I would highly recommend it to potential guests ... travelling by car ( easy parking)... plus coming by tram or train from city ( stops & station very close). Thank you hosts Dean & Kristen

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

I stayed at Amy and Saxon’s place for a week and a half while in Melbourne, it was so perfect. So much of what you need is in the apartment and anything else, is very close by! Amy was friendly, accomodating, flexible and incredibly helpful. The place is beautiful and I was even left with a change over for towels and linen. Thank you so much for having me! I’m so glad this is where I chose to stay x

This was our 4th trip to Melbourne and Natasa's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Location was perfect - right by the Yarra River and very easy walking distance to some great restaurants, cafe bars, shops etc. The tram stop is opposite the building and a very easy tram ride into the centre of Melbourne. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had all of the amenities required for a very pleasant stay. I would highly recommend Natasa's place for a visit to Melbourne.

Aggie is a fantastic host: communicative, welcoming, considerate and responsive to her guest’s particular situation (we had a couple of commitments which could have pressed parts of our day into a rush, but Aggie’s flexibility and consideration smoothed all that out for us). This is a small apartment, but neat as a pin and containing everything guests could need (and if it did not contain it, I am confident Aggie would try to provide it). It was a delight staying there. The front door is directly adjacent to a tram stop on the No. 85 tram route, and the Royal Park train station is a short walk away. There are convenience stores and a cafe/bakery within a short walk. We’ll be saving this listing for future visits.

Perfect location if you want to get shopping and the Casino. Place was great size for an older family of 4. Nice and relaxing after a full day on your feet.

Great location and great responsive host. Easy self-checkin. We really adored the effort Jo has placed on the interior of the house. It's got a cool retro vibe but at the same time modern in execution.

We had a wonderful week staying in this Airbnb for the F1, lots of space for our group of 5 people. 5min walk to the train. Great kitchen and outdoor space, the renovation is very nice. I think the space was better in real life! Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne 😊

I had a great stay at Glenis's place. The space was comfortable, and well set up for a short or extended visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local necessities and sport / recreation activities.

The house is very clean and tidy, close to public transport and shopping centre. The city view from the main bedroom is spectacular!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful place. The place is finished to a very high standard, with stylish decor and top quality touches throughout. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic and within easy walking distance to the tram, great cafes, and yoga and Pilates studios. It’s also not far from larger shops and a supermarket, which was super convenient. Parking onsite is an added bonus. Amy was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great host, the house is located at a very easy accessible location. House is clean and cosy, host even prepared us some small treats. 100% recommends.

We enjoyed staying at Andy’s place a lot. It’s in such a good spot, right near High street with lots of restaurants etc. The train station is very close, and two tram lines are a short walk away as well. Despite being very close to the trains and a busy high street, it was very quiet. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing stay! We are a family of 4 and loved our stay at this place. It was very clean and super comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games, books and music! Cannot beat the location and privacy at this beautiful home! Anthony, our host was friendly, responsive, helpful and very experienced. Perfect location for where we wanted to be. We appreciated having parking and yet walked everywhere as there’s some excellent walking paths nearby. Immaculately presented and very well organised. All amenities provided were of high quality. Vanessa provided excellent, detailed instructions on how to collect the keys, access parking etc which ensured we had no problems at all.

Such an amazing place to stay. The room is exactly as same as picture. It’s extremely clean, close to CBD train station, and there are many restaurants around.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁
