Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Mare, cultura, relax. "Civico 60" si trova vicino alle spiagge di Sperlonga e Gaeta e sulla Via Francigena. L'appartamento, nel centro di Itri, affaccia sul castello medievale ed è ideale per rilassarsi in un ambiente nuovo e accogliente. La casa, terzo piano senza ascensore, ha due camere con letto matrimoniale (in una è possibile aggiungere letto singolo), soggiorno, divano, tv e bagno con box doccia e lavatrice.
