It is surrounded by nature overlooking the state-owned forest along the coast of the Jogasaki coast, which is right in front of the open-air bath and BBQ terrace. Although it is a managed villa area, the grounds are also surrounded by greenery, so it is a highly private, single-family rental villa. It is a 3-minute walk to the entrance of the scenic Monawaki Suspension Bridge, and the national park promenade along the coast is ideal for a morning walk, taking about 40 minutes to complete one round. Izu Ocean Park and Ocean BBQ are a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive away. You can see the Pacific Ocean from the suspension bridge and lighthouse, about a 5-minute walk, and if you're lucky, you can see a sea turtle swimming. It is about a 20-minute walk from Jogasakikaigan Station, and there are 2 free electric assist bicycles in the facility, so you can go shopping in about 10 minutes to a supermarket or convenience store without a car. The living room is over 100 m2 and has a 180-degree view of the ocean.When the visibility is good, you can see six of the seven islands of Izu. From the garden, you can see Mt. Omuro and the Amagi Mountains.Sometimes squirrels cross the trees in the garden, In spring, you can see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the terrace with a panoramic view of the sea.(Paid barbecue grill tool rental fee, gas fee included ¥5,000 until 21:00) You can also see the forest and sea from the guest room. The bath has a dry sauna and a water bath. In the playroom (until 11 pm), you can play billiards.
