Holiday rentals with a patio in Itirapina

Our stay was great. the place is wonderful, very close to the water park. At the Resort has several attractions for the children and it is very cozy. we will definitely return.

The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decor and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a way to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and has not fallen once for a week that we were there. There is also a good desk and office chair in the same room as the living/ dining room, which has an air conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very calm, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1km away and a self-service convenience in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but frankly nothing hindered our experience. Espaço is very nice and cozy.

Our second time in the flat, it is like the first time we had an excellent experience. The place is quiet, it is close to everything. The apartment is very well cared for and very well equipped! We will definitely return more often!

Communication with Rei Lopes was great from the beginning to the end of the stay. He made recommendations and was always concerned about our well-being. The checkin was very easy and the instructions helped a lot. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. The only point that could improve is the clear communication that the third room is outside the house and that the bathroom of this last room does not have a box in the shower and the ceiling is opened, causing some discomfort with the possibility of insect entry. Since we were in only 5 guests, we were able to settle in the 2 internal rooms of the house and not use this last room. But I wonder if we were in 3 couples thinking it would be 3 complete suites, it would be a boring situation. But in our case everything went well and we were very pleased with the hosting.

Tati receives very well and is always available in case of needs. The house is wonderful and served us very well. I will go back.

I stayed with my family on the Easter holiday, the house is exactly as the photos show, super cozy place for you to feel at home anyway. The house offered bedding, bath, blankets, all clean and super organized. It has a washer if you need it. And we also received a treat from the host and also several tips for tours and places to visit. It really was all wonderful and for sure if we go back to the city we will stay in the same house. We really liked the place, very cozy, a place with impeccable decoration, toys for the children, games for the family, Edinaldo was very receptive, they left a snack at the reception for us, we really liked the place, great for resting with the family and many attractions in the city. The host was super prompt! We were offered everything we needed such as towels, pillows, bedding, blankets and on top of it pampered us like gallons of water, coffee, chocolate and soda. Great environment, all according to the pictures. Everything was perfect and there is nothing to take and for this stadia!!

The location is great, with easy access to [transportation / local shops, depending on the case]. The host was attentive and responded quickly whenever I needed anything.
