The country house is located adjacent to the urban area, and only 1 km from the city center, on the way to Brotas and the most beautiful waterfalls in the region. The access is fully asphalted and illuminated! It is the ideal place to enjoy contact with nature, clean air and large green area. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and one cottage with an ensuite. There are 3 bathrooms (in the house, in the cottage and an outdoor one), a kitchen, a living room, a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a laundry room, a playground and a play area.

The House is a refuge for those seeking to connect with nature and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains, with comfort and simplicity. Here you can hear the birds singing and enjoy a lot of fresh air! If you are a mountain bike lover, our location is privileged. We have a fishing lake, kiosks with hammocks, a barbecue area in the house and on the lake, a soccer field and a small church. The children will love the toy house, there are trails that lead to the foot of the mountain, and if they are lucky they will receive a visit from the little monkeys that live around here.
