My family and I really liked the space in the apartment. Spacious, with good beds, two bathrooms, a really nice living room. And Vinicius was super helpful, he answered our questions quickly. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at this lodging in São Vicente! The apartment is great and the view is simply amazing, breathtaking – certainly one of the highlights of the stay. Since the arrival, we have been very well received by the officials of the concierge, all very welcoming and polite. The host also deserves to be highlighted: always very attentive, helpful and concerned with giving us the best experience possible, which made all the difference. We will definitely return and highly recommend

Gos I liked the accommodation of Fernando and Oswaldo! It is a small place, a room with kitchen environments and bathroom all together. For a couple is great. It is cozy and well decorated. We went with my dog and it went well! The apto is close to the beach and several good restaurants and places to go on foot (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to the msgs promptly. Approved!

Family trip, the apartment fully matches the listing. A lovely oceanfront view, spacious apartment, airy, private garage for 1 car. Otima location with restaurants, malls, markets, all close by.

The stay was amazing, the place has a wide view of the beach and access to many restaurants, bars, markets, and I didn't spend even 2 minutes walking to the beach. The host always provides the necessary support, very clear information, and responds quickly. The reception and room service were very hospitable, they are very friendly and helpful. The Hotel offers a swimming pool, gym and sauna, which I used and highly approve of! I highly recommend it, and I intend to return soon, excellent!

My daughter and I stayed again this year and we just love it here. Breathtaking view of all of Santos and very well located, w market, beach, and quick walk to the Gonzaga. Thank you for a lovely stay again and always being kind. Until next year... beijos

The stay at the house was wonderful! All 8 loved it!! Everything is very new, clean, just like the photos. The view is beautiful! The air conditioners are super modern and work well! We love Airbnb so much! I indicate with my eyes closed!!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

The condominium is beautiful and the employees are attentive and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need for very comfortable stays. An impeccable decoration, very clean and very beautiful, we love and certainly indicate. The hostess is very attentive too, readily willing to help us.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I found a clean, organised and cosy place. The dining table was set with cups for coffee, and there were complimentary espresso capsules in the Dolce Gusto coffee maker. In the bedroom, there were washed and packed face and bath towels, as well as a blanket. The view from this place is incredible, really cinematic. The neighborhood is safe and is next to Santos, providing many walks and places to visit. Communication with them was clear from check-in to checkout, they pay attention to answering questions. I'll definitely come back more often

My stay was simply perfect! The apartment exceeded all expectations. Very clean, organized, comfortable and with a super pleasant energy. Communication with the tenant was excellent from start to finish — always very attentive, helpful and friendly. A detail that made all the difference was the basket of chocolates she left to welcome us, showing rare affection and care. I recommend it without thinking twice!
