Brand-new apartment right on the waterfront with an incredible view.

What makes our apartment unique is the feeling of space, thanks to the lighting provided by the glazing, and the seamless integration of the kitchen, living rooms and balcony. Fully equipped, everything new. Fantastic location in the Pompeia neighbourhood, right by the sea and the world’s largest beach park (Guinness World Records), with calm waters and beach services, as well as excellent shops, markets, bakeries and pharmacies within a 5-minute walk, ice-cream parlours and kiosks nearby, making for a peaceful and very enjoyable stay.

A spacious dining area features a large table surrounded by wooden chairs. Above, a woven light fixture provides soft illumination. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the ocean, while cozy seating is arranged in the corner, enhancing the inviting space.

Everything is close to you. 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite. 1-En-suite with queen size bed and 1 sofa bed. 2-Bedroom with a double bed. 3-Bedroom with bunk bed + single bed and extra mattress. Bed and bath linens are offered. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Smart TV with Netflix in the living room and en-suite. Internet. It has 1 parking space. Beautiful apartment located in the best region of São Vicente, overlooking the sea and standing on the sand. We offer a parking space near the location. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and the city's main beaches. Ape features air conditioning, 350Mb Wi-Fi, 55” TV with open channels and Netflix, complete trousseau, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, plus a dining table with a breathtaking view. Tell me, isn't it a delight to spend some time?
