I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Há ainda 1 banheiro e 1 lavabo. Fica a 15 min a pé até a praia do Porto da Barra e ao Campo Grande e 20 min até o Farol da Barra. Tem rede na sala, cozinha com o básico, máquina de lavar roupa e vaga na garagem. O apto é simples e aos poucos estamos melhorando para poder receber melhor nossos convidados!
