I am located in one of the best condominiums on the island of Itaparica, with all the security and leisure infrastructure. Wonderful beach for swimming and water sports, we have a boardwalk for walking by the sea, a playground, a kiosk and a soccer field. I have 3 comfortable accommodations, 1 master suite and a bedroom with a bathroom in the house and in an annex + an en-suite. Swimming pool, complete gourmet area and, for your comfort, a balcony with a hammock for you to take a nap or have a chat!!!!

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation! The house is good, the location is quiet, it's a 6 to 7 minute walk to the beach along a quiet street. Coroa beach is highly praised by bathers, excellent for children. Close to good restaurants, pizzerias, cake shops, and markets, one of which is Atacarejo. Those who come really like the cosiness of the house. There are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a double bed in the 3 bedrooms and a single bedroom with a curtain separation.
