Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Itacimirim Beach

We spent 4 incredible days in this house. Upon arrival we were greeted by Dona Edileuza, who gave us clear instructions on the equipment, operations and general rules of the house. It was impeccably clean, rooms arranged with pillows, sheets, blankets and towels according to the number of guests. In the kitchen there were clean dishes and utensils, ready to be used. The toilets were equipped with soap and toilet paper. Everything showed great care for the guests. The beach is a few meters from the residence and the place is quite quiet. The house is so complete, that even going through days of extreme rain, we do not stop enjoying even for 1 second. Another very important point was the ease of being able to communicate with both Gerval and Dona Edileuza, our doubts were promptly resolved. We will definitely return more often!

I really liked it! Exactly as described on the listing! Kitchen equipped with everything we needed, with a purifier with ice water, air fryer, microwave, sandwich maker, pillows and mattresses (no bedding), family environment, beautiful beach, great swimming pool!

Casa Da Chris is a beautiful villa where we spent 4 days. The photos and description perfectly match reality. Easy access with Chris' details. Located in a quiet and secure residence and 5 min walk to a beautiful and peaceful beach! Very responsive hosts who provided us with lots of tips. We will come back to it without hesitation!

It was wonderful! Fabíola and her husband were extremely pleasant and helpful hosts. We were recommended good places and scripts. And I quickly answered every question we had. The very good accommodation, the structure of the condominium even better. Everything was very good! I will definitely return.

Good communication with Larissa first, then Nanda was always available to answer questions and tips. The condominium is very close to the beach and has exclusive access without having to leave through the main entrance. The house is very pleasant and the outdoor space is very good!

Apartamento impeccable and with no unpleasant surprises. All very well cleaned and preserved. I did not miss or discomfort of anything! Parking for 2 cars with support for transport between garage/apto with excellent electric carts. Large condominium with private access to the beach. Very good and I intend to return! Host always attentive and flexible.

The condominium is perfect, very nice. The beach although it is far away, having a vehicle to mobilize no problem and it is beautiful, it is worth it. Very safe and very responsive Binha and the host throughout the stay. I had a problem with an appliance and I solved it very well with Mr. Kelsen. I recommend the place and would return again to Praia do Forte.

Dona Ana is an example of a hostess. It responds quickly and always very polite, is attentive and thoughtful of guests and wants us to feel at home. It prepared everything with the smallest details , gave clear instructions on how to get there and what to do, as well as being very attentive to the cleaning of the property, which is something I value very much. It's a cozy space, which accommodates very well. I will certainly come back and say a lot to everyone.

The apartment is brand new, comfortable, well equipped and matches the description. Louise was very attentive, gave clear instructions and gave several tips about the locality and restaurants around. Flexible at check in and checkout. I didn't use the beach and pool because I was at a family event at BBlue, so I used the apartment as a backup point, but I found the beach on the front. However, Louise reported that there is a quieter nearby beach. The only point I would suggest would be an air conditioner in the room because the sun really fan the room gets too hot , so it's hard to use the table for breakfast .

I had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, well located and perfect for relaxing. The proximity to the beach made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

Lorena and Lucas, the owners, were always available and were very flexible to accommodate my family's needs. The apartment is beautiful, with top quality furniture. Clean and very nice. The pool is a dream, with very warm water, perfect for after the beach. We loved everything and hope to return. I recommend this stay without so much as a second thought!

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!

Very well-equipped apartment with sea view, with practically private beach. A paradise! Excellent condominium with a swimming pool facing the sea and a fitness center. Jorge is very attentive and helpful. We had an unforgettable stay and left wanting to return soon to stay in the same apartment!

Incredible experience from the first contact with Marcelo. Always proactive, attentive, available to answer questions. The house is simply beautiful and organized, complete and very cozy. A place with wonderful energy, I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend my birthday. The place itself, even with a rainy period (for two of the three days we stayed), made it possible to make good use of its spaces as a whole. Anyway, it's a place you go and you know you'll come back, because it really recharges your batteries and for me it brought me an extra special air. Still a beautiful moon to close the last night. Just gratitude!!!

The stay in Praia do forte was excellent. The apartment is wonderful and the same as the one described in the ad. Well decorated, organized, practical and clean. Near the check in, Lua sent several useful and practical information about the operation of the apartment and the condominium. Very good and quiet. Very attentive staff. We'll be back for sure.
