Located in the heart of Itacaré - downtown, Casa do Ben is one street from the waterfront, a 5-10 minute walk from Concha beach and a 10-15 minute walk from Resende, Tiririca, Costa and Ribeira beaches. At the beginning of the street (+/-150 meters) is the Cachorros square, Rua da Pituba and Passarela da Vila (main streets of shops, bars and restaurants). The architectural design prioritized the circulation of natural air and communication between common areas, providing a sense of freedom and warmth.

The house is located in the neighborhood of Praia da Concha, on a quiet street just 5 mins walk from the main street and 10 mins walk from the beaches! It has 3 suites with air conditioning (for up to 5 people, only 2 suites will be available, from 6 people the 3 suites will be available) equipped kitchen. Internet 400 megas with 4 points for cable connection ( best performance). Large room with office and half bathroom. Maid service (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays) included.

Comfortable with TV, AR, 2.5 km from urban beaches

House with good location. Close to the Villa São José condominium. And less than 2.5 km from the most beautiful urban beaches of Itacaré . Sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for a couple, one romantic space. We don't recommend it for kids under 5 years old due to the stairs. Itacaré is 70 km from the airport in Ilheus and you can arrive by car, bus or Taxi. Coming by bus, you don't need to get off at the downtown bus station, as there is a bus stop near the house.
