The Accommodation of the 2ndbedroom is indicated for a couple who wants to take their children, we do not indicate for another couple, because to access the bathroom goes through the main room.

We are located 15 minutes from the center of Araras and Itaipava, in an environmentally protected residential area, with a privileged view of the famous Pedra da Maria Comprida. We are also close to the Serra dos Órgãos National Park, a place that is well worth visiting. Our house is inspired by Scandinavian homes, but with our Brazilian touch, with everything you need to spend days of comfort and coziness!

Our house at Itaipuaçu was built in 2013 on a piece of land of 2400 m2 in the green valley of Itaocaia. The detached house with 3 bedrooms (including 1 suite), open kitchen with large natural stone bar, 2 bathrooms, swimming pool, soccer field and large barbecue area overlooks the Rock of Itaocaia. The closest beach is 10 minutes away by car, the trendy surfing beach of Itacoatiara is 20 minutes by car, Maricá 15 and 60 minutes to Rio. The perfect place to enjoy the nature.

Sítio do Ipê Cottage

Our little corner is perfect for those looking for a simple life, away from any agglomeration, where nature is your best companion. A small forest, a wood-burning stove, a coffee pot, a hammock on the balcony, a sport fishing area to relax and a pool to cool off. We also have bicycles for pedaling, but if you prefer, the road is very quiet for walking, all very simple, but cozy. If you want to get to know the village, the center is just 3.5 km from the site.
