We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador)

This self contained annex is in the heart of Holt village next to the river Dee and the England/Wales border. It has all village amenities (pubs, shops, takeaways, post office) in walking distance. It is a great location to access Chester, Wrexham and North Wales. The annex is recently refurbished with a kitchenette and en suite. It is very comfortable, private and completely separate from the main house where the hosts live. It is opposite a bus stop where buses go to Chester and Wrexham.
