Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Timijan HH, brand new self-catering holiday home, 25 m2, 2 bedrooms for 2 adults and 2 (smaller) children, 1 bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, a fully equipped cooking area, a terrace with breath-taking views of the green surroundings, a private pool, barbecue facilities available. Complimentary WIFI, private parking on the site. Children of all ages are welcome. Pets are not allowed, but there are a few on the site - chickens and a cat.

Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.

We have now brought it back to life and completely renovated it, making sure it offers all the comforts you would expect to find. Private parking space at the side of the house is provided and you can enjoy relaxing in the vast garden and outdoor terrace. Belakapa is a proud owner of an eco label Green Key.
